Improve balance, coordination, and fine motor skills while deepening your understanding of nutrition and energy tools. Plus, enjoy gentle exercises that release fascia tension and build core strength—helping you move with ease and feel your best every day.
Details: This program has been subsidised by an Alike WA Pay It Forward Grant. $5 per person (Tea & coffee included). Non members welcome. Get your ticket or feel welcome to come along and pay cash at the door. Whittling workshop - Members only
Date: Saturday 12 September
Time: 10am - 1pm
Experience woodcarving with this 3-hour introductory whittling workshop and take home creation. Facilitated by Garry Iles, the skilled hands behind West Coast Whittling. Garry transforms raw timber into beautifully handcrafted pieces, blending tradition with coastal character.

Advanced Care Planning with Palliative Care WA - community event
Date: Tuesday 16 September
Time: 10am - 12 noon
We all want to have a say in what happens in the last part of our lives. By making plans that cover your future care, lifestyle, health and finances, you're not only working out what you want, you are also making things easier on those around you. This process is called Advanced Care Planning. In this FREE community workshop we will cover information on what's involved in Advance Care Planning, how to get started, and how to talk about your wishes for the last stage of your life with your family, loved ones and health care providers.
