At Gosnells Women’s Collective, we care about your privacy and are dedicated to protecting it. We follow Australian Privacy Principles to ensure your personal information is handled properly.

Software We Use

Our website runs on Verdi, a local software created and hosted in WA. Our membership database, Waarble, is also WA-based. Waarble handles payments using a secure financial system that meets strict compliance requirements. We don't permanently store any financial details. You can read about the privacy management of IBC here and Waarble here.

We use Event Bookings to manage registrations for events. You can read their privacy statement here.

Mailchimp manages our newsletter subscription service (you can read about their privacy management here).

We also use Google Analytics, a web analytics service offered by Google, that tracks the use of our website to help us improve our services.

Website Visitors

When you visit our website, we may collect details like the date, time, and pages you viewed; we use this information to continually improve our website to make sure it meets the needs of our visitors. Like most websites, ours uses cookies – small files stored on your computer. You can manage or delete cookies through your internet browser settings.

While we try to keep your information safe, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and it is important that website users are always mindful of their online activities.

Our website may have links to other sites. However, we are not responsible for how those websites handle your privacy.

⚠️ Be cautious of scams – if anyone contacts you as a Gosnells Women’s Collective representative asking you for your credit card details, it’s likely a scam. Report it to scamwatch.gov.au.
