Complaints should be given to the Committee in writing by email to gosnellswomenscollective@gmail.com
The Committee Chair will discuss the matter with the Committee at the following Committee Meeting.
Person/s affected by the complaint will be fully informed of all facts and given the opportunity to respond.
The member will be informed of the outcome of their complaint and asked for their feedback.
As far as possible the complaint and its details will be kept confidential amongst the Committee members. The members permission should be obtained before any information is given to any other parties who it may be necessary to involve in the complaint.
