The Gosnells Women’s Collective is a not-for-profit incorporated association. We are committed to providing members with shared access to tools and workshop facilities, and the ongoing improvement of women’s mental health and wellbeing through social connection and enterprise.

Our Code of Conduct describes standards of conduct that promote adherence to our values. This Code of Conduct binds all members of the Management Committee and all members, volunteers and employees.
The Gosnells Women’s Collective is dedicated to establishing a purposeful community organisation and has specific goals to improve women’s social, mental health and wellbeing, as well as economic and environmental outcomes.
As such, members must:
- Comply with the policies, procedures, and rules of the Gosnells Women’s Collective, including this Code of Conduct.
- Treat everyone with respect, courtesy, fairness, and honesty.
- Model and uphold the values and good reputation of the Gosnells Women’s Collective.
- Take steps to avoid actual and perceived conflicts of interest.
- Use Gosnells Women’s Collective resources economically, efficiently, and effectively for Gosnells Women’s Collective purposes.
- Treat Gosnells Women’s Collective property with due care and secure against theft and misuse.
- Put safety first and seek direction when unfamiliar with equipment or tools.
- Protect the confidential information of the Gosnells Women’s Collective, other members, sponsors, contributors, and affiliated organisations.
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in the suspension or termination of membership.
